The Data Analyst will conduct research and apply expertise in foundational functional work to analyze contracts, manpower, and financial data; support the preparation and facilitation activities of organizational strategy, organizational change management, or process improvement sessions with clients using industry best practices and critical thinking to capture and analyze findings; support the development of reports or presentations
Responsibilities
Provide clients with analysis of financial, manpower, and contract data
Assist with research and data analysis, including but not limited to assisting with conducting customer or stakeholder analyses.
Gather required data, exhibit excellent listening expertise, and demonstrate analytic problem solving.
Present ideas clearly and logically and compose appropriately structured text.
Work with individuals at all levels, provide input to reports and other deliverables, execute multiple assignments, meet agreed deadlines, and adjust to changing client demands.
Present ideas, facts, data, and outcomes concisely and precisely in oral presentations.
Compose logical, structured content in written deliverables.
Qualifications
MUST BE A US CITIZEN
Active Public Trust is preferred but not required
BA or BS degree in relevant field is required
Master's Degree in relevant field is nice to have
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent research skills
Proficient with data visualization and analytical tools, including Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Excel
Gather and analyze data effectively
Apply critical thinking to a wide variety of problems
Comprehend and analyze complex problems
A self-starter and team player
An innovative, resourceful, and collaborative problem-solver
Experience with strategic planning, organizational change management, strategic communications, organizational design, business process reengineering, or Lean Six Sigma
