You are an instrumental piece in the success of new client and product implementation. You will have mastery of delivery within the team and be able to handle larger and more complex problems without assistance from others within the team. You will mentor and help more junior members grow within the organization and contribute their thoughts and ideas outside of their teams to the larger organization. You are an effective communicator, who can work successfully with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and clients at all levels of an organization. You thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and enjoy interpreting complex business requirements and database schemas.

The candidate will be working fulltime Thu- Mon or Fri- Tue

Developing and executing ETL packages to migrate data from various formats (Oracle, MySQL, Sybase, flat files, etc.) to Bullhorn's database architecture in MS SQL Server

Developing complex, optimized T-SQL scripts for reporting in live environment

Partner with Clients and Solution Architects to create custom solutions for enterprise clients with complex requirements

Create new processes and templates for new business requirements

Ability to prioritize activities and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Mentoring and coaching the team on technical processes.

3-4 years of writing complex queries, stored procedures, views and other database design work in MS SQL Server

ETL data development experience

Experience in client facing roles

Ability to work self-directed and as part of a team on projects of varying size; shows commitment to tasks, project, and to the team
