Finance Data Analyst
Problem solve and investigate the data understanding the root questions and coming up with alternative strategies
Proactively adjust controls to ensure process and data quality
Transform and format data sets for use in ongoing analysis
Analyze cross-functional data using queries and macros
Make recommendations based on data analysis and insights
Execute the Finance portion of the Liberty implementation
Ensure the quality of data migration
Ensure Pricing information and all Master Data is accurate and reconciles between all the affected systems (Encompass, S/4, CPM, Spring, High Radius)
Participate in the functional and cross-functional (if required) testing efforts for the systems migration
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
- #MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills and adept at identifying trends and variances
- Understanding of Financial systems
- Good understanding of key Financial processes
- Understanding of Finance roles, needed access rights and segregation of duties models
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels of management
- Self-starter, self-directed; requires limited oversight
- Work independently and problem solve issues
- #PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands on experience with SAP R/3, S/4 Hanna, SAP BEx Web, SAP Analytics Cloud, Hyperion/HFM is a plus
- RPA experience, preferably with UiPath is a plus
- Beverage industry experience a plus
- Travel up to 25%
