This is a fixed term contract for 12 months
The Senior Data Engineer is part of a team of Data Engineers and Reporting Specialists accountable for the delivery and execution of the plan for data harmonisation and business reporting.
You will be a key piece in the harmonisation of the disparate data models preparing the data pipelines and architecture. Using your expertise and understanding of data and analytics you will help shape people strategy in Partnership with Insights and Analytics team, working with the Head of Data and Reports.
You will deliver a data and reporting strategy beyond the core employee and people data used in HCM processes. You will co – create a deliver the uses cases for the roadmap to Big Data, building our capability for the future providing the Insights and Analytics team with the essential tools to do their job.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- We expect you have deep understanding of data technologies and strong software engineering expertise, along with a deep interest in conceptual data modelling,
- Must have experience of GCP
- Experience of working with algorithms and Big Data Solutions
- Experience in data mining and ETL.

- Experience of working in an Agile model
- Curious and innovative spirit with a desire to learn, grown and progress
- Knowledge and proven experience on data quality projects
