Who you are:

Are you an awesome and experienced Data Scientist who could help us build the best WFM solution completely integrated with Zendesk? Are you looking for the opportunity to research, develop and apply algorithms to predict the future better in order to help us build the next generation of WFM tool? This is a full-time position and we're looking for someone who is passionate about building product that affects the working lives of thousands of customers around the world

Responsibilities:

• Use existing and/or implement new algorithms in order to optimize our services
• Programming in GoLang and/or Python
• Research and Development
• Analyze diverse sources of data to devise actionable insights

Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of algorithms concept
• Programming experience
• Knowledge of algorithms such as: Tabu search, simulated annealing, LAHC, genetic algorithms, etc. is a plus
• Knowledge of time series forecasting is a plus
• Strong project and time management skills
• Passion to deliver high-quality code
