We're saving 2 meals every second with our 2+ million daily users, more than 43 million registered, and more than a hundred thousand food retailers and restaurants! So far we've saved more than 88 million meals from going to the bin, all across Europe and North America, in 16 countries to date.

We're looking for an exceptional Financial Data Analyst to join the Global superstar team at Too Good To Go in Copenhagen
Your mission
To continue to scale our impact at Too Good To Go, it is critical that we constantly evaluate where we want to go and how well we are meeting our goals. To achieve this, the Finance & Data Departments support a global quarterly forecasting exercise, provide visibility on expected vs. actual results, and support deep-dives into understanding performance. The Financial Data Analyst will be part of the Global Data team, working alongside a team of 9 other analysts and engineers based in Copenhagen, Madrid, and New York, to support and drive data-driven decision making for our most critical business problems
Your role
- Create support tools and maintain/improve the existing forecasting model in close connection with Finance
- Provide visibility for the management on planned business activities in our 16 countries on 2 continents through deep-dive analysis of the forecasting model
- Improve the visibility of how the organization is tracking within quarter through our business intelligence tool, Looker
- Drive continued performance improvement through ad-hoc analysis and simulation of country performance
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in analytical role
- Experience with analytical and quantitative problem solving and framing
- Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets is a must
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Python, R is a plus
- Exposure to financial modelling
- Ability to visualise and communicate findings from data
- Ability to own and coordinate cross-functional projects
- Wants to understand problems end-to-end
- Is technically curious
- Self driven within a defined problem space
