Jr Data Analyst Responsibilities

• Perform advanced analysis using large datasets and complex business requirements to drive change on KPIs and objectives.
• Utilize SQL querying and scripting to retrieve relevant data while optimizing queries.
• Execute validation checks to identify data element inconsistencies.
• Design and implement solutions in alignment with leadership and standard business trends.
• Produce reports, graphs, summaries, and presentations that effectively communicate analytic results.
• Maintain focus on flow and context, ensuring analysis provides insights tied to visuals and business strategy.
• Clearly identify key points and call out deeper insights or tie them to other visuals.
• Review and refine analysis through iterative development.
• Understand and create project plans independently.
• Follow project plan, communicate progress, and address roadblocks proactively.
• Respect project timelines and maintain clear documentation on requirements, goals, and methodology.
• Collaborate with IT and Business teams to establish reporting governance using BI tools.
