Title: Senior data scientist

Educational qualification: BTech/Masters/PhD

EY is looking for a senior data scientist with expertise in deep learning, neural networks, CNN, and reinforcement learning. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge machine learning solutions to solve real world analytics problems in various domains such as computer vision, natural language processing, recommender systems, etc. You will also collaborate with other data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products and services.

Role Description:

• Lead and execute end-to-end analytics projects, from problem definition to solution delivery
• Use Python and next-generation technologies to develop and deploy scalable and robust analytical models
• execute end-to-end projects involving problem definition, data acquisition, model development, validation, deployment and monitoring
• Architect and implement scalable and robust analytics solutions using Python and next generation technologies such as cloud, big data, AI/ML, etc.
• Architect and design data pipelines and frameworks to support analytics needs
• Manage client relationships and expectations, and communicate insights and recommendations effectively
• Translate business problems into analytics problems, and provide innovative and actionable solutions
• Mentor and coach junior data scientists and analysts
• Present and communicate the results and insights of the analytics solutions to clients and stakeholders in a clear and effective manner
• Work as a team, guide junior analysts and developers on the team

Key Skills:

• A master's or PhD degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in applying deep learning techniques to real world problems
• Proficiency in Python and popular frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.
• Experience in building and optimizing neural network architectures such as CNN, RNN, LSTM, GAN, etc.
• Experience in applying reinforcement learning algorithms such as Q-learning, SARSA, DQN, A3C, etc.
• Experience in conducting data analysis, feature engineering, model validation, and performance evaluation
• Experience in deploying machine learning models to production environments using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A strong passion for learning new technologies and staying updated with the latest research trends

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end to end project delivery- scoping, solutioning, designing, developing, testing, deploying or maintaining.
• Ensuring the solutions meet the client requirements and expectations
• Communicate effectively with the clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project
• Identify new opportunities and work with managers to generate the proposals and plan
• Present the solutions and showcase the value proposition to senior stakeholders
