What does and outstanding Data Analyst do?

As a Data Analyst you will provide data management support to the Portfolio Management team and back-up Senior Business Analyst and Project Managers.

You can look forward to:

  • Maintaining and developing Power BI/Tableau reports

  • Ensuring data integrity in multiple applications

  • Understanding of Project Management Lifecycle and vetting current government projects.

  • Backing up critical roles in departments that include both day to day and one-off activities

  • Articulating and analyzing data findings with project and account managers – must be able to elaborate on data findings

  • Assisting with the development of Confluence landing page.

  • Documenting processes.

  • Works collaboratively with both internal and external clients.

  • Is a self-starter, who enjoys learning and a wide variety of exposure (project management, finance, accounting, resource management).

  • Pays attention to detail and a quick learner, who thrives in a dynamic environment.

  • Has strong time management and can prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Basic qualifications for consideration:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • 5+ years data analysis experience performing database management and cleansing activities

  • Experience with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Sharepoint, and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in payments, technology or related industry

  • Tableau certification

  • Project Management experience

  • Finance exposure

  • Exposure to Clarity (Project Management tool)
