What you'll do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business areas to understand requirements and data challenges, in order to discuss the technical implementation and propose solutions that focus on the customers needs
- Design ETL pipelines to meet the business requirements in the most efficient manner
- Work effectively across the GOTT Data teams to playback the business challenges and proposed changes, ensuring we collectively have full understanding of the impact and retain a close relationship throughout, to ensure that the requirements are met
- Contribute towards defining analysis best practices and standards and helping consistency of delivery across the team
- Work across production issues and technical improvements to continuously improve the platform and the tools used by the teams
- Be involved in the end to end of the data lifecycle, ensuring we have effective data governance and documentation to support customers and the teams
What you'll bring:
- Experience performing analysis across data warehousing projects, applying principles in terms of dimensional modelling and ETL pipeline design
- Experience translating business requirements into user stories covering functional, non-functional, security and acceptance criteria
- Good SQL skills enabling large scale data transformation and analysis
- Experience in cloud based ETL environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across different teams
- Proactiveness to identify improvement opportunities and suggest ideas, either technically or data-related
- Good organisation skills, being able to effectively manage multiple priorities and ensuring transparency of plans and deliverables

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
