We have an exciting opportunity for a KPI Data Analyst join us as we continue to expand throughout the UK.
About the role
This is a brand-new role and you will play a key part in developing CHEC’s performance management framework, including: identifying areas of under or overperformance, benchmarking targets and support the development of operational improvements.
If successful, you will support the reporting department in the delivery of KPI requirements on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. It is key that these KPIs are monitored regularly against contractual obligations.
We are looking for someone who can:
Take responsibility for identifying areas of improvements and concerns in operational areas
Support the development and implementation of performance metrics to improve business operational efficiency
Identify areas of business underperformance and establishing root causes
Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports to CHECs internal governance committees – ExCo, CGC, CRG and IGSG.
Take ownership of external stakeholder management in relation to performance, ensuring CHEC is delivering against its’ obligations.
Undertake research and identify improvements to data collection to realise data-driven solutions.
Be responsible for developing business presentations for the SLT and external stakeholders as needed
Regularly monitor business performance and generate performance reports to the SLT.
Develop, revise, and enforce business policies and procedures as needed in relation to operational performance.
What you’ll bring to the role:
You will have previous experience in a similar fast-paced environment and will be solutions focused. You’ll be in your comfort zone communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders and able to confidently work cross-functionally. The handling for data comes naturally to you and you will have the ability to utilise the variety of data collection platforms within CHEC to pull together comprehensive analysis reports.
Organisation skills and ability to prioritise and be flexible with workload to complete work to a high standard against deadlines
It is essential that you are well accustomed to, and highly proficient in Microsoft BI analytics and tools.
Previous experience within a similar role within a fast-paced environment
Quantitative skills: you will work with large volumes of data, apply statistical tools and models.
Strong knowledge and experience using MS Office and strong technical skills with Excel.
Analytical skills: you require the ability to analyse large quantities of data and provide recommendations to support the development of long and short-term business operations.
Research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively undertake research, develop, and present reports to CHEC’s internal committees and external stakeholders
