Purpose of the Position:
  • To support the business through developing advanced analytics and predictive modelling solutions to increase revenue and reduce churn.

Key Performance Objectives


Stakeholder Management

  • Work with CII to identify relevant data sources to perform meaningful customer analytics
  • Work closely with the Customer Engagement team to ensure Campaigns and offers makes business and financial sense
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure effective delivery of the departmental goals.

Financial Management

  • Provide Analytics solutions to business to help reduce cost on Offers and Campaigns

  • Provide innovative ways to support the implementation and effective execution of the strategy.
  • Support with the definition and execution of offer models
  • Collate customer offer information, prepare reporting and tracking of offers
  • Identify opportunities that result in implementation of new campaigns and improvement of existing ones to meet business targets
  • Develops, tests, implements and maintains analytical models
  • Use data and advanced statistical methods to generate new business insights
  • Provide behavioural insights on market research
  • Assist with development and delivery of business cases
  • Support with forecasting of offer management
  • Offer configuration that is profitable to the business
  • Assist with tailoring of offers by customer behaviour and type with associated kpi’s
  • Maintain accountability and report on the success of offers
  • Ensure the implementation and inclusion of offers in campaigns
  • Create life cycle offers to speak to engagement, reward and optimisation of primary objectives
  • Assist with management of offers within defined financial and product constraints

Qualifications Essential:
  • Degree in Business and Quantitative field (Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or Similar)
Qualification Preferred:
  • Post Grad Advantageous

  • A minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant data experience and experience building segmentation and propensity models
  • Statistical, mathematical, predictive modelling, forecasting, Campaign Analytics and business strategy skills
  • Experience in building and implementation of Supervised and Unsupervised Machine Learning Algorithms to solve meaningful business problems
  • Able to clearly communicate their findings, orally and visually
  • Able to program in different programming languages e.g. Python, R, PySpark, SQL, etc.
