To support our team, we are looking for a Data Scientist (m/f/d)
starting immediately.

Your new professional challenge

We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our Financial Analytics & Data Science department. You will play the role of a trusted data deliverer to various functions and departments, drive (data-)transformation within our company and face these new challenges in a fast-moving environment:

• Understand and capture the business requirements of our departments for their data needs, transform them into the specifications for the engineering team
• Use the data base architecture and provide and maintain data sources in our Datawarehouse (Snowflake) and Looker.
• Understand and apply marketing techniques (cohort analysis, churn management, RFM models, customer life time modelling), online marketing channels (SEA, SEO) and Business Intelligence

What you can offer

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or similar preferred
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Solid knowledge in SQL and non-relational data bases, experience in creating data base queries (MySQL, Snowflake)
• Experience with BI reporting and data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Qlikview, Tableau is a must, Experience with Looker is a plus
• Knowledge of analysing large data sets using statistical and data mining techniques
• Ability to easily communicate and connect with other departments since you will build up your own network within our company to get access to all relevant data sources
• You should be self-confident and self-driven
• Ability to work fully remotely and independently since you will work from home most of the time
• Fluent in English and German

For this fulltime position (38,5 hr/week) with flexible working hours (mostly remotly) we offer you a minimum gross wage from € 3.300,-/month. Depending on your experience an overpayment is possible.
