We are looking to hire a Data Analyst to join our marketing team. This person will take responsibility for managing our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues.
The ideal candidate in this role should have a very fine eye for details, experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of the greatest available on the market data visualisation tools and databases.
What are your daily tasks?
Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
Configuring Google Analytics tracking & marrying GA and backend data, providing quality assurance of data in Google Analytics.
Developing and managing the data reporting environment, set up data dashboards (ex. Google Studio, Mixpanel or another one which fits our needs) to assist Editorial and Marketing teams in making data-driven decisions
Considering Product Roadmap and Goals setting up relevant KPIs-tracking-reports for stakeholders as well as automating the most essential reports to be sent to relevant stakeholders
Analysing and interpreting data trends or patterns in complex product data sets
Developing business / forecast models for estimating and predicting LT & LTV of customers as well as ROI for various performance marketing campaigns
What should you bring?
Work experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field (Data Science, BI, etc.)
Advanced SQL skills and programming experience
Technical expertise regarding data models, data mining & segmentation
Knowledges of data visualization tools (Tableau, Mixpanel, Google Studio)
Solid skills of analyzing databases and providing software recommendations as well as developing processes for managing databases
Ability to work with different stakeholders and prioritise incoming requests
Good communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
Ability and enthusiasm to prepare written report and presenting findings
