Seeking a Top Secret cleared data analyst with experience to support the office of an executive with a federal client.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Seeking a Top Secret cleared data analyst with experience to support the office of an executive with a federal client.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Overseeing a data team delivering workforce analytics to the CFO
- Leveraging data analytics and visualization to assist with organizational decisions
- Establishing KPIs based on raw historical data to determine recruiting and hiring goals for the Finance and Facilities Division (FFD)
- Developing staffing models to forecast attrition and candidate background processing
- Creating customized Power BI dashboards for executive leadership.
The practitioner should feel comfortable presenting data work products to executive leadership, fostering client relationships, managing the workstream's day-to-day activities, and adapting to high priority quick turnaround tasks.

REQUIRED:
- 2+ years of military or post-grad experience
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis
- 2+ years of experience working in PowerBi and VBA
- Top Secret security clearance
- US Citizenship
PREFERRED:
- Experience with SharePoint
- Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers
