What You'll Do
Use your analytical prowess to generate actionable insights that drive revenue and growth.
Collaborate with product managers, marketing specialists, designers, and engineers to define success metrics and develop innovative strategies.
Tackle complex challenges and identify opportunities for improvement, providing strategic recommendations.
Partner with product teams to shape new customer experiences and revolutionary go-to-market strategies.
Continuously refine your technical toolkit and share your knowledge with the team.
Work closely with cross-functional colleagues to execute growth strategies and tactics.
What You'll Bring
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quantitative role, ideally with backgrounds in paid media agencies, e-commerce, or the travel industry, focusing on Brand and Content Analytics.
Familiarity with affiliate networks and SaaS platforms (e.g., Impact, Commission Junction, ShareASale, Awin, Rakuten, Partnerize, etc.).
A proven track record of making data-driven decisions and solving problems with a quantitative orientation.
Excellent communication skills to present complex findings clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Curiosity, passion for data, and a keen attention to detail.
Empathy and intellectual humility to foster strong partnerships with colleagues.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a focus on achieving both short and long-term goals.
Strong math and analytical skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong SQL skills; knowledge of Python, R, or similar programming languages is a plus.
Proficiency with BI visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
