- Delivery of data analytics methodologies and improvements
- Collaboration with program teams and mentoring of junior team members
- Development of innovative solutions for complex program problems
- Interaction with closely adjacent data practices such as statistical modeling and data pipelines
- Leading investigations and scope planning with stakeholders and team members
- Participating in technical interviews with new candidates and grading homework
- Leading small team structures and projects
- Minimum of 7 years experience
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or related fields
- Strong communication skills
- Expertise in SQL for data transformation and analysis
- Expertise in data visualization, data analysis technologies, and BI solutions
- Experience with Google Analytics and mobile analysis
- Experience designing collaborative qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Experience with Looker Studio and building custom datasets from BigQuery
- Experience analyzing accessibility for mobile app user tasks
- Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define data gathering requirements
