We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Customer Success team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Data Analyst on the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for collecting and cleaning data from customers, merging the data with our proprietary information and AI-derived insights, conducting a variety of ad-hoc analyses, and producing insights and presentations that help key stakeholders to trust and adopt Suited’s unbiased, data-driven hiring technology. Your front-line efforts will drive our customers to find and hire diverse, high-potential talent while enabling the most qualified candidates to secure life-changing professional opportunities. Initially, you will report directly to one of Suited’s co-founders.

In particular, you will:

  • Facilitate the collection of proprietary data from customers that power Suited’s hiring algorithms and insights
  • Clean and organize the data to enable efficient, accurate analysis
  • Analyze the data to uncover human capital insights and determine the impact of our AI

algorithms on customers’ recruiting success

  • Build high-imapct charts and presentations that help our C-suite users set hiring

strategies and understand the ROI of our AI-powered, assessment-driven hiring

technology

  • Iterate on analysis and presentations in collaboration with the Customer Success team

based on customer feedback

  • Develop automation and workflows to streamline the delivery of analyses for customers
  • Support the team’s efforts to drive customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction
  • Become an expert on the Suited platform, data, and technical capabilities

YOU BRING TO SUITED:

  • Outstanding quantitative analytical skills
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Aptitude to work collaboratively in a small team environment
  • Evidence of being a self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience in a quantitative or technical discipline such as statistics, mathematics, data science, finance/accounting, or related field; OR 1-3 years of analyst experience in investment banking, management consulting, or other related field
  • Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel and thorough knowledge of Powerpoint
  • Experience working with structured and semi-structured data

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

  • Suited’s Customer Success team is primarily based in New York, NY. However, this position will be remote and we will consider candidates located anywhere in the United States.
