The Global Data & Analytics (D&A) team has set the vision “To make every DM decision better with data” and is embarking on a transformational journey to “Execute faster in creating trust, access and value globally from all our data to empower our colleagues to stride forwards”.
Our
Data Analyst with digital and customer analytics experience to join on a 6-month contract assignment.
As our Data Analyst, you will be accountable for:
- Google Analytics 4: working closely with the digital implementation specialist, you will provide data analysis support for the Google Analytics 4 implementation. You will build dashboards to monitor the implementation quality, analyse and validate the new web analytics functionality, and provide analysis support to the business to transition from Universal Analytics to Google Analytics 4.
- Customer Lifetime Value: working closely with a data engineer, you will release quarterly updates to the existing Customer Lifetime Value report. You will ensure that updated data look in line with expectations and validate the PowerBI report visualisations. You will analyse the report and deep dive into the underlying data to provide insights to the business.
- Digital Analytics: you will work closely with regional digital/ecommerce teams on how to interpret digital analytics data coupled with customer transaction data. You will also respond to ad-hoc analysis requests.
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART
Put simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are:
- Must have experience as a digital analyst or customer data analyst in retail business
- Must have good working knowledge of SQL, for querying large datasets, data manipulation and analysis
- Hands-on development experience with Power BI, DAX and visualisation techniques
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
