MioDottore belongs to the Docplanner Group. We are a marketplace for doctors & patients and provide practice management software to tens of thousands of doctors.

What will you do with us?
You will report to CS Team Leader and Global CS Support Project Manager
You will work with data in different formats (SQL, CSV, Excel, TXT, ecc)
You will prepare report to support the business with identifying opportunities and making intelligent, data-driven decisions
You will work closely with our Partners in order to understand needs
Requirements
What experience and skills do you need to do a great job in this position?
Demonstrable experience in using SQL to derive actionable insights, either in commercial or academic setting
Comfortable using Excel and its multitude of functions (macros included)
Precision and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of html and most popular CMS frameworks
Good level of English
You’re a great fit for this role if you:
Have a scientific degree (economics, statistics or related field);
Are able to take a step back from the technicalities and examine them through a business lens.
