The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Consumer Data Analyst to join our growing Global Digital & Consumer Marketing team for Penhaligon's, L'Artisan Parfumeur and Kama Ayurveda based in London. In this role, you will sit in a vibrant, bright team of over 50 people who support the 360 omnichannel business.  You will carry out blended perfromance media campaign analysis to improve the effectiveness of campaigns and inform investment strategy.  You will focus on the Media strategy for Penhaligon's and L'Artisan Parfumeur, as well as for a new skincare and wellness brand with a huge potential.


What you´ll get to do
  • Define tagging, tracking and key KPI measurement
  • Manage and maintain data integration across all omni ad tech platforms
  • Cascade real time performance insights to agency and CRM teams for implementation
  • Lead campaign performance media analysis and 30/60/90 driver
We´d love to meet you if you have
  • Relevant experience working in a similar Media role – analysing performance channels ideally within Beauty, Fashion or Luxury or any DTC innovation-led business
  • Experience with Google Ads and Analytics, Microsoft Advertising and Facebook Business Manager
  • You will be an inquisitive thinker and someone who can challenge with a view to innovate
  • Incredibly creative commercial marketing and consumer communication skills
  • Analytical skills – to be able to read, understand and pivot to next steps / innovations
