Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description
To accompany our partners/clients on complex and ambitious technological issue, we are looking for a
Data Engineer (M/F), at our office in Brussels
.
As part of our team, you will be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from the upstream phases of consultant/design to the implementation of solutions.
Your main missions:
- You will work on the deployment of several use cases.
- Conduct tasks such as quality gating, integrating the projects into our logging infrastructure, guiding the original authors of the projects so that their code meets the quality criterias needed to go to production.
- Conda/pip package management
- Code review/ quality gatekeeping
- Integrate logging library into models for performance and usage monitoring (as well as dashboard creation)
Your profile:
- You hold at least a Master's (Bac+5) degree in Software engineering, Information systems or a relevant field
- You hold at least 2 years' experience in a relevant field
- You have a strong experience in Python
- You have experience with http rest APIs
- You have experience with Git (version control system).
- You have a good level of French and English (written, oral and comprehension). Dutch is a plus.
