Responsibilities:
This position is a mid-level role with no direct reports and highly analytical. This position reports to the Marketing Department and is not an IT position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Identifies, analyses and interprets trends or patterns in complex data in order to provide answers for business questions and recommendations for action.
- Deliver ongoing and ad hoc corporate reporting; collect, organize and interpret data needs of executives and organizational groups.
- Identifies strategic opportunities, develops methodologies for marketing automation, and manages marketing automation projects.
- Uses business intelligence tools to monitor current customers and develop new ones. Manages third-party data supplier and vendor relationships.
- Monitors existing and emerging trends within member base and financial services industry and makes recommendations to achieve profitable member relationship development, growth and retention.
- Develops and recommends member segmentation methodologies using profit, purchase behavior and demographic information.
- Work cross functionally with peers in Marketing Communications and Creative Services to develop a holistic view of marketing development and growth opportunities.
- Maintains regular reporting and processes relating to initiatives for member acquisition, retention and cross sell. Consults with stakeholders to define and optimize initiatives.
- Uses mapping GIS software to input, edit, prepare and produce various maps and related geographic database information.
- Responsible for supporting the operational execution of direct marketing programs and for providing thorough and informative post-program analysis.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and documents that contain charts, graphs, pivot tables, and infographics for data visualization so that executives and the Board of Directors can easily interpret the data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university with minimum of three years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- In - depth experience in using MCIF, CRM, data warehouse or other data mining application.
- Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Access. Banking experience a plus.
