Manufacturing IT & Data Analyst

To reinforce our IT team we are looking for a Manufacturing IT & Data Analyst.

Mission and Key Tasks

  • Align with the Supply Chain IT&Data Team Lead by giving regular status updates and commit clear goals & deadlines
  • Participate in projects ensuring a qualitative implementation of solutions as defined in the blueprint
  • Validation, implementation and documenting of changes approved by the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
  • Provide second line support to the business users via the helpdesk tool in order to ensure consistency of the business application tools
  • Monitor the business applications performance based on number of tickets, SLA compliance
  • Provide key user training via the train the trainer concept and keep the training documentation updated
  • Writing technical specifications for program changes to be implemented by the Integration & Development team
  • Identify, document and improve the Ontex worldwide business applications template to support the end-to-end business scenarios using best practices and industry standards
  • System integration and data governance: ensure the consistency and quality of the data across the manufacturing systems and applications, and the integration with other IT&Data systems and platforms, such as UDI, BI, and IoT, using data integration and governance tools and methodologies.

Background and Experience

  • University degree or equivalent by experience
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT, Data or Manufacturing, preferably in a consumer goods company
  • SAP expertise: strong proficiency in the relevant SAP modules (PP, PM, QM, MES)
  • Data analysis: advanced skills in MS Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar database tools
  • Business process analysis skills
  • Problem-Solving: strong analytical mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Change/Project management skills with a high sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Process optimization: understanding the process flows and the ability to streamline
