Vacancy: EHS Data Analyst & Coordinator
Location: Home based with travel to Royston and Brimsdown as necessary

We currently have an opportunity for an EHS Data Analyst & Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the EHS department across our Brimsdown and Royston sites in the coordination and completion of key data reports and dashboards. Key responsibilities
Support the EHS Managers and Senior Occupational Hygienist through the coordination and administrative support for electronic EHS systems such as Enablon, COSHH, Mirashare, Atrion and LIMS
Produce key EHS performance data reports and dashboards ensuring that trends are actively monitored and identified as well as monitoring the completion of EHS related actions
Produce and submit site environmental, health, safety and sustainability data for internal and external reporting
Support the Environmental Engineers in the facilitation of site level environmental monitoring
Support EHS Managers to collect, collate and review data in support of key legislative requirements including COMAH inventories and Environmental Permit variations
Coordinate the delivery of ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 audit programmes and support through the completion of basic auditing
Support the EHS Managers in the maintenance of SharePoint based EHS Management Systems
Manage site waste records and duty of care documentation
Provide general business administration support such as coordination of time and attendance, departmental purchase ordering, documentation preparation and calendar coordination Are you the ideal candidate?
You will have_
Experience and knowledge of technical administrative duties ideally gained within a technical or EHS environment
Excellent computer literacy with Microsoft based applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and the ability to quickly learn new applications
Ability to manipulate, rank, sort and chart data to provide clear and effective reporting
Knowledge of EHS management systems
Experience of database design and management (e.g. Microsoft Access and SQL) is advantageous
NEBOSH or IEMA environmental certificate, or working towards certification is desirable
Graduate (or equivalent) in a science or environmental discipline is beneficial but not essential
Trained auditor to ISO14001 or OHSAS18001 standards is desirable
