YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participation in the planning and implementation of the CRM analytics strategy
Defining and monitoring CRM metrics
Customer segmentation and scoring
Campaign effectiveness analysis for selected channels
Data-driven business recommendations
Preparation of dashboards and reports
Requirements
COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS:
3 years of experience working in a similar position
Experience in working with consumer metrics and analysis
The ability to tell what results from the data and to visualize them
Knowledge of SQL queries, experience in working with large databases
Very good knowledge of MS Excel
Fluency in English (min. B2 / C1)
Experience in e-commerce and with CRM / Marketing Automation tools or Customer Lifetime Value analysis will be an additional advantage
