Meet the Team

The Finance Digital Delivery team leads the many ongoing digital initiatives for the Global Finance organization in close collaboration with Affiliates, GBS Krakow and Group Finance. You will join a dedicated and multicultural team of 9 people, distributed over 2 locations (Valby, DK and Krakow, POL) that works closely with colleagues in and outside the finance function to create solutions that drive the digital transformation of the Global Finance organization. We are currently engaged in two major projects: conversion of our SAP ERP system to S/4 HANA and the implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud for planning and reporting to support our ambitious Enterprise Performance Management strategy from a system perspective.

Our department is part of Group Finance, which consists of four different Director Areas covering Business Finance & Specialist Finance, while Operational Finance to a large extent is managed by Lundbeck GBS Krakow. We are now looking for a Data Analyst to join our Finance Digital Delivery team who in collaboration with the team will provide a best-in-class data landscape for reporting which will be the foundation for analytical solutions supporting Lundbeck business units globally. You will work closely with the team on planning and reporting systems to support Lundbeck’s Enterprise Performance Management strategy – an exciting journey we just started.

Specifically, responsibilities and tasks include:

  • Develop, maintain and improve data models for analysis and reporting
  • Establish relationships across the Finance organization (and other functions) to understand business needs and requirements
  • Drive culture of digitalization by applying user-centered design methodologies, such as iterative execution and Design Thinking
  • Support team in development of SAP Analytics Cloud for planning and reporting
  • Participate as core member in meetings with our BI Developers and BW Architects from Corporate IT to ensure we have the best possible data in our Business Warehouse
  • Create and maintain technical documentation to transfer support to Group Business Service and ensuring data governance processes are in place

About you

Throughout your studies or student jobs, you have built experience with data modelling, business intelligence or digitalization projects and can draw on these skills when approaching new problems. Nevertheless, for us, your personality, drive and attitude are more important than your specific experience, as we value a collaborative team player who is determined to achieve results together with the team.

In addition, we imagine that you have:

  • Strong quantitative skills regarding data handling & modelling and maybe you have already gained experience working with business intelligence tools
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to manage large data sets and communicate complex data results clearly and concisely
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is required)

You have recently graduated or will graduate soon with a solid academic track record and a master’s degree in for example: Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Strategy, IT or Business Intelligence.
