AI Data Scientist, Mid

Key Role:

Explore and exploit data sources through the use and creation of scientific processes and technologies to uncover and communicate business insights. Apply specific functional knowledge; working/general industry knowledge. May develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance; may review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with aerial and ground-based robotics systems, and autonomy
• Experience with Python, C++, or C#
• Experience with conducting fundamental, and applied research in multi agent systems
• Experience with research in the area of autonomous multi-agent teams, such as energy constraints, mission planning, and logistics of operation
• Ability to develop new techniques and algorithms to plan missions of aerial, and ground based robotic teams
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with publishing results to the larger scientific community
• Knowledge of formal conference, and journal submissions
• Secret clearance
