Your new team

The main task of your new team is to execute operational resiliency related reporting for key business services. This serves as an early warning indicator of our ability to absorb the impacts of potential disruptions to key business services. In turn, this drives recommendations to improve our operational resiliency and reduce related risks.

Your new role

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements. In the role you will work in the regular working ours 9 am - 5 pm.

As a Data Analyst - Operational Resiliency, Associate 2 you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing data related to Resiliency MI dashboards
  • Detailed text analysis to classify, sort, and extract information from available materials to identify patterns, relationships and other actionable knowledge
  • Working with reporting tools to enhance the processing of information
  • Improving reporting efficiency and making updates in relevant databases
  • Following up actions arising from committee meetings
  • Maintaining respective action logs and charters
  • Performing or effectively accommodate relevant ad-hoc analysis
  • Providing administrative support for Resiliency related processes and projects
  • Communicating and presenting professionally to stakeholders


What We Value

Specific experience and qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience (preferably related to Management Information, Data Analytics or reporting in a financial regulated organization
  • Analytical skills - ability to recognize problems, describe them, be able to find the reason and propose effective solutions, some experience with creating graphs
  • Experience of reporting, with good presentation skills (Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Advanced command of English language (min. B2 level) is required
  • An interest in process optimization and improvements is desirable
