created for the sales PODs as and when required by the Sales Team/Management
- Creating, updating and testing validation rule, workflow rule, process builder and
security access according to business process requirement

object level, field level and record level security

Dependencies, automated alerts, field updates as per requirements
- Worked with the Data Ops team to make provision of credit notes on the CRM in the
form of invoices and adding it on the opportunity object
- Identifying and fixing gaps in Salesforce business processes
- Creating and maintaining system documentation for fields, process and Workflows
- Creating low balance opportunities in the CRM based on low balance alert inbox and
taking follow up for same
- Work closely with leadership and sales team to identify systems, data or process
needs
that can drive revenue growth and streamline the sales process
- Owning and executing the fixes/gaps arising out of the reconciliation of reports
- Administration and support of Salesforce application and timely resolution of
requests
- Air call task reassignments to Sales Reps
