We are actively looking for a Data Analyst in Barcelona.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Google Analytics/ Data Collection
Should be responsible for developing and implementing digital tagging using Google tag manager for capturing data to track digital analytics and marketing efforts, to determine brand and campaign effectiveness.
Implement appropriate analytics measurement codes and features on websites to support the measurement plans as outlined by stakeholders.
Work with interactive marketing teams (paid media, social media, organic search engine optimization) for tracking in their areas and merging of their data with web analytics, as needed.
A good understanding of Google ecosystem and can perform tagging across all Google platforms including marketing platforms.
Strong knowledge in tracking methods, data layer manipulation, and the transformation and usage of custom JavaScript to Google Tag Manager
Work with program managers/customer service team for timely implementation of changes in tagging due to site changes
Troubleshoot tagging and data layer issues, utilizing staging environments for testing and deploying solutions.
Seek out and learn new web analytics technology and techniques that can be applied to the scope of work.
Document processes & best practices for training purposes.
Complete user acceptance tests and auditing for function continuity pre/post website updates.
Conduct periodic audits of analytics tags, performing clean-up of any existing tags and coordinating with various business teams to remove tags after the deployment period has expired.
Develop reports to support operational monitoring of analytics functionality.
Power BI/Tableau
Strong experience with Power BI - Experienced in all aspects of Power BI, including establishing gateways, use of embedding, DAX queries.
Developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop/Tableau desktop.
Connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business intelligence.
Extensive experience in developing, maintaining and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.
Ability to design and deploy Graphic visualizations with Drill Down and Drop-down menu option and Parameterized using Tableau.
Capable of implementing row-level security on data along with an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI.
Created reports, publish dashboards, data source and schedules on Tableau server.
Extensive knowledge in various reporting objects like Facts, Attributes, Hierarchies, filters, Calculated fields, Sets, Groups, Parameters etc., in Tableau.
Should be able to develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with data warehouse standards.
Work with data engineers to tackle technical challenges associated with building fast and interactive visualizations on large datasets
Very good communication skills must be able to discuss the requirements effectively with the client teams, and with internal teams.
Profile :
3 to 5 years minimum of experience.
