Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Job Summary
AI and Machine Learning Engineers are responsible for designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) systems. They work with data scientists to understand business needs and develop ML models to solve complex problems. They also work with software engineers to integrate ML models into existing systems and applications.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to understand business needs and develop ML solutions
- Design and develop ML models using a variety of algorithms and tools
- Evaluate and optimize ML models for performance and accuracy
- Deploy ML models to production environments and monitor their performance
- Work with software engineers to integrate ML models into existing systems and applications
- Stay up-to-date on the latest AI and ML technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Several years of experience in ML model development and deployment
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or a similar language
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
