The Role

Ever wanted a role with the freedom and autonomy to provide the analysis you want to do and influence the organisation in the way you see best? Ever wanted a role where you can really own the data space within an organisation? Then read on.

We are looking for someone to join early within the company's data journey, some analysis is already being done and there is in a team in place. They are really looking now to push on within the field, set a data strategy and heavily influence product development.

Having recently collected over 1 million pieces of data they now need a fresh pair of eyes to understand the insights this data holds, feed this back in the development lifecycle, challenge what is being produced currently and really own the data space.

Over time the role will also begin to incorporated the company's existing Data Science strategy, There is already in place and plan for this and it would be great if this person could come in with some knowledge in AI although it is not essential.

We are looking for someone with the ability to challenge what is being done already, to influence and guide board members and someone who can play a key role in the company's progression and development

Role Requirements:

• Strong Analytical and Statistical Background
• Ability to manage very large data sets
• Good Statistics background - generalised linear models, experimental design, A/B testing.
• R or Python, as well as good SQL
• AI / Machine Learning would also be a bonus (Not required).
