P&C Data Analyst

We are looking for a People & Culture Operations Technician to join our Global Headquarters in Madrid. This is a generalist role with a strong component of compensation

What you will do:

• Analyze P&C compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure legal compliance.
• Interpret, and apply a wide variety of policies and procedures
• Perform basic research and statistical analysis
• Analyze data and make accurate projections using business mathematics and basic statistics.
• Partner with P&C colleagues to provide effective day to day management.
• Ensure appropriated control of Time Off and Timekeeping.
• Take part in the P&C process optimization/improvement projects and initiatives

What you need to master:

• Experience in HR compensation area is essential (1-3 years)
• Excellent computer skills, advanced knowledge Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record-keeping
• General knowledge of P&C practices
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Perfect command of English
