Data Analyst

The candidate for this position will be expected to work closely with commercial and technical team members to provide recommendation based on high quality data analysis. He/she will contribute to provide timely market information and knowledge sharing within the growing team.

Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, verify and analyse financial, competitive, sales, marketing, and other information about potential business partners, new markets and business opportunities
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies of potential business development opportunities to assess their viability to make recommendations.
• Provide Business Development VP with accurate and timely information for making strategic and operational decisions.
• Prepare reports, presentation and information packages for meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners
• Work closely with sales and business team to understand and provide analysis and reporting requirements.
• Actively contribute to elevating the knowledge level within the Digital team by pro-actively sharing analytical knowledge

Knowledge and Professional Requirements

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent studies.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an analytical role in the fields of technology, research, analysis statistics or economics
• Knowledge of statistical methodology and data mining techniques and reporting systems
• Required to have good knowledge and understanding of local digital landscape, technology and business trend.
• Strong analytical skills and able to provide data insight of changes
• Able to communicate and present complex data and information effectively and clearly.
