This is what your assignment looks like
As part of our in-house Basic-Fit app team you will be supporting the continuous improvement of our customer journeys, member behavior and overall performance of the apps. You will translate your analysis into valuable business insights and share recommendations with the business owners and the development team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality analyses on customer journey and member behavior;
- Ensure the data quality is up to standard by maintaining the event tracking with Google Analytics (GA4).
- Design & develop dashboards & reports (Google Data Studio / Power BI);
- Prepare, execute and analyze results of A/B tests with Firebase;
- Contribute to various projects of the App team, from design to completion.

You will be part of the Analytics Team, representing 6 nationalities, that focuses on constantly improving the shared understanding of how the business model generates value by:
- Root-cause analysis, KPI setting and dashboarding;
- Business partnering with the international leadership team;
- End-to-end development of (self-service) business intelligence;
- (Financial) Management & board reporting.
Within your role as a data analyst, you are fully assigned to contribute to the successes of the Basic-Fit app team. On a recurring base, all data analysts will share their knowledge and analyses on their individual domains.

We ask:
An analytical thinker with the capacity to digest complex information, see trends and insights through data, and translate this into concrete actions. A self-starter with strong team and proven problem-solving skills.
- Relevant Bachelor/Master degree (HBO/WO);
- 1 – 3 years relevant experience;
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft BI stack (SQL, DAX, PowerBI, Azure);
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Firebase;
- Experience with major big data platforms and languages such as BigQuery, Python and/or R is a benefit;
- You want to keep developing in the newest technologies.
