Must Have Skills
Strong PySpark knowledge and hands-on experience in Azure technologies like databricks, datafactory etc
Have experience of designing quality controls, setting up processes (like test strategy, Reconciliations etc) to ensure alignment on quality objectives.
Can collaborate with Product Owner, developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria and align the team to meet the same.
Good To Have Skills
Good documentation skills and have experience in creating design documents, test plan, test strategies.
Hands on experience of Agile framework.
Can lead retrospectives to come up with ideas to improve the existing quality controls and delivery process.
