We are looking for a Data Analyst who is highly skilled in all aspects of analytics including mining, generation, processing, and visualization. Additionally, this person should be committed to transforming data into readable, goal-oriented reporting that drives innovation and growth. This role will support internal and external stakeholders and requires a high degree of self-motivation, organization, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving. You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams and will report to the VP of Business Intelligence. 


  • Design, document, test, create, and maintain complex data systems supporting research, ad-hoc querying, and management of large-scale sponsorship programs.
  • Create stored procedures, functions, calculations, and report definitions to analyze custom datasets, distinguish patterns, and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and business partners to gather detailed program requirements, including data source mapping, data cleansing rules, third-party data integration, and validation.
  • Communicate data nuances, narratives, and insights to all company levels clearly and concisely.
  • Regularly document and conduct quality testing and recommend solutions for handling inconsistent data.
  • Construct and maintain dashboards that support client programs and enhance reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure high-quality project completion on schedule with short deadlines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience in SQL for querying large datasets and Python for statistical analysis.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data systems, relational databases and APIs.
  • Strong proficiency in Tableau and data visualization for storytelling.
  • Candidates who are proactive, well-organized, and possess a strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and rapidly evolving startup environment.


  • A Masters Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with geospatial analysis.
  • Understanding of ETL processes and third-party data integration.
  • Experience with AI/ML or front-end/back-end programming.
