Purpose:
Do you have a passion for the customer experience and using business knowledge and observations to drive
the right solutions for customers? The Infrastructure Business Insights function is a ground-breaking program
to enable data-centric decision-making and solve next-generation technology problems for employees across
the glove. As the IT Business Data Analyst, you will have an opportunity to act as a detective, digging into,
mining, and visualizing complex data sets from a number of sources to identify issues and trends that will
drive transformation across the technical landscape for our stakeholder groups. You will work with our
Business Insights team to investigate areas for improvement, bring fresh perspectives, and drive new insights.

Responsibilities :

• Independently design and develop business technology solutions to produce data reports, identify data
• patterns/trends and answer business questions through the integration, visualization and analysis of data
• Discover and investigate root cause issues that highlight key business opportunities
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements
• Demonstrate proficiency across a range of technologies related to the storage, transfer, integration,
• visualization and analysis of large and complex data sets
• Demonstrate proficiency in combining data from multiple sources to achieve desired results
• Effectively organize and present data insights, tailoring the format to match the audience
• Produce reports (scheduled and adhoc) as required, responding with accurate and complete data and analysis
• Assist data/report consumers to navigate and understand the results
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
• Partner closely with the Business Insights team to develop and share data-driven communications, standards,
• and deliverables

Qualifications

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years experience or Master's degree and 4 years experience in Information Systems or related field. At least 2 years in Data Science or equivalent data/analysis/reporting role
• Ability to interpret data and identify trends, and turn data into actionable insights.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams
• Demonstrated ability to learn, understand, and master new methods and technologies
• Must be deliverables-focused and detail-oriented
• Must have a strong customer focus
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Preferred:

• Experience with big data concepts and analytic tools, SQL, Power BI or similar
• Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboard capabilities
