You will be a part of the growing Personal Health business, build a best in class Quality analytics platform and drive change management across Philips Quality.


You are responsible for

  • Identify Quality analytics needs and opportunities across the global Personal Health businesses

  • Identify improvement opportunities for analytics by considering industry trends and capabilities from internal and external best-in-class parties

  • Cooperate in Proof-of-Concept projects for new advanced analytic techniques and demonstrating the potential impact of the new techniques

  • Introducing and validating new analytics in dashboards with access for users across global Personal Health businesses

  • Supporting and maintaining existing metrics and data sources for Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

You are a part of

a team that drives business impact through analytics and instigates collaboration across diverse teams globally who wants to grow and explore the HealthTech world at Philips.

  • A part of the responsibility is to sustain existing dashboards and quality metrics to have robust insights in PH quality performance and trends.

  • Prioritizing roadmap when metrics and analytics are implemented, balancing the technical difficulty with the organizational needs and obtaining agreement with global process owners.

  • Understanding abstract and incomplete data sources and create actionable proposals for how they can be used or define what needs to be implemented to allow their future usage.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Master’s degree in a technical discipline, preferably in business analytics, computer science or information systems.

  • Strong analytical skills and a natural interest to understand and convey the story behind the data.

  • Knowledge and experience with data analytics solutions, especially QlikSense

  • Data visualization skills using preferably programmatic tools (Power BI, QlikSense, Business Objects, QlikView etc.)

  • Familiarity with general program languages to enable translation between business and technical requirements.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills to enable effective implementation and execution of job responsibilities.

  • Problem Solving skills (Black Belt certification is a significant advantage, Green Belt is an advantage).

  • Raw data extraction from data sources is not required.

  • Working with limited supervision to provide necessary updates to senior level stakeholders to ensure the plan is on track to meet budget and user needs.
