Aufgaben

Wir suchen im Auftrag unserer Mutterfirma OrgaConnect GmbH eine\*n Software Developer / Data Scientist (m/w/d) in Festanstellung. Als Spezialist\*in Software Development & Data Science unterstützen Sie unseren Kunden aus der Pharmabranche bei der Entwicklung neuartiger gentherapeutischer Methoden und Arzneimittel. Sie arbeiten ausschließlich im Großraum München.

• Development and implementation of innovative data science projects in the field of AAV-based (adeno-associated virus) gene therapy
• Description of business processes and rules as input into technical designs and interpretation of complex data structures and business workflows
• Design, implementation, and testing of user-friendly and maintainable applications for automated workflows that mirror business processes
• Development of concepts for data analytics questions and prototyping of possible solutions
• Screen, evaluate, and apply new technical approaches for data storage and data processing

Qualifikation

• Back-end programming (e.g., Python, Java, R)
• Front-end programming (e.g., R Shiny, Angular)
• Basic knowledge in Cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS)
• Basic knowledge of container technology (e.g. Docker)
• Basic data storage concepts and programming (e.g., Data lake, database, SQL)
• Basic statistical knowledge
• English
