DUTIES:
This request is to procure Technical Data Analyst services for ODOT Central Business Systems (CBS) section. The portfolio of business systems managed by CBS reflect a variety of technologies, many of which are legacy and in need of modernization. The primary tasks the contractor shall perform are as follows:
* Analyze and document the CBS application portfolio, databases, AS-IS business processes, and technology.
* Collaborate and document CBS customers' needs.
* Provide support and documentation for system assessment, requirements, architecture, and problem description.
* Develop the requisite analysis and related deliverables necessary to plan the modernization of the mainframe financial system and its client-server subsystems.
