Data Analyst – Stockholm, Sweden
The Data Analyst will join the Global Finance System and Data team at Electrolux which enables Finance to be more self-sufficient in regard to Data and Analytics. The Global Finance System and Data team at Electrolux is in charge of maintaining and developing use cases; evaluating new initiatives, applications/tools; driving adoption of tools and establishing a self-service way of working; mastering data organizing and standardizing globally, being a trustworthy partner to bridge the requirements to IT.
The Data Analyst will focus on how business requirements can be translated into efficient system management at Electrolux.
- Support for managing assigned Finance systems and tool setup, maintenance and phase out in line with target system landscape and roadmap
- Instruct and trains the organization in the use of Finance systems
- Together with the Application Manager participate in design and execution of projects and continuous improvement related to finance processes from a system/tools perspective
- Support with the definition of process IT requirements from a system perspective

- Degree in Finance & System.
- At least 1+ years of experience within finance
- Understanding of system & data management and development
- Understanding of Finance technology solutions, development and improvement
- Good understanding of finance processes and how they relate to effective system development
- Proactive and action-oriented mindset, good communication and negotiation skills, capability to facilitate and drive change
- Intrinsically motivated with demonstrated ability to take initiative, identify needs, make recommendations for improvement, see recommendations through implementation, and evaluate improvements for effectiveness
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Commitment to exemplifying the organizational core values and key competencies
- An open and curious approach to new technology and new opportunities.
