About The Role
As a Data Analyst at Whalar, you'll work closely with our Analytics Manager and the Client Services team. Your mission? To provide valuable analytical support that helps us understand the unique needs of our brand partners, transform data into actionable insights, and elevate our reporting game. Through data aggregation and visualization, you'll be the driving force behind effective communication, working hand-in-hand with our analytics team to continuously enhance our reporting capabilities. Your role in measuring marketing campaign effectiveness and delivering ad-hoc analyses will be instrumental in shaping our data-driven strategies.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Client Services team to grasp the diverse needs of each brand.
Synthesize data from various platforms and deliver clear, actionable insights through reporting.
Skillfully aggregate, organize, and visualize data to ensure effective communication.
Work in tandem with the broader analytics team to evolve and improve reporting outputs continually.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and provide valuable recommendations to our marketing team.
Develop ad-hoc analysis and reports.
Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Data Analyst role.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering).
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
Proven ability to conduct data-driven analyses and effectively communicate insights and recommended actions.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and analytics techniques.
Prior Knowledge Of Digital And/or Influencer Marketing (Preferred).
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 (final offer based on experience and alignment with position requirements)
