What You'll Do

• Identify relevant quantitative metrics and map them to available data
• Create custom views, KPIs, and data models in a data warehouse or BI tool
• Write clear and transparent documentation about metric calculations
• Ensure consistent methodologies across data products
• Facilitate trainings and workshops on best practices in metrics measurement

What You'll Bring

• Experience with SQL, data modeling, data warehousing, and BI tools (especially Tableau)
• Technically-oriented analyst experience
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into data analysis and reporting
• Mentorship and coaching skills for other data analysts

Requirements

• 4 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
• U.S. Citizenship required for federal contracts
• All work conducted within the U.S.
