Data Analyst

· 3+ years' experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services)
· Experience with:
ü Data warehouse design
ü ETL processes
ü C# programming language
ü Microsoft Power BI
· Working experience with SharePoint

ü Take responsibility for the accessibility, retrievability and security of specific subsets of data

ü Assess the integrity of data from multiple sources (including, for example, from sensors measurement systems)

ü Provide advice on the transformation of data/information from one format/medium to another, where appropriate

ü Maintain and implement information handling procedures

ü Enable the availability, integrity and searchability of information through the application of formal data structures and protection measures

ü Manipulate specific data from information services, to satisfy local or specific information needs

ü Investigate corporate data requirements, and apply data analysis, data modelling and quality assurance techniques, to establish, modify or maintain data structures and their associated components (entity descriptions, relationship descriptions, attribute definitions)

ü Provide advice and guidance to database designers and others using the data structures and associated components

ü Collect required data through various data sources

ü Utilize designated data analysis software (both internal and external software) to analyze data

ü Apply data analysis and data modeling techniques to establish, modify, and maintain data structure, and its associated components

ü Write reports from data analysis to help decision making at the senior level

ü Investigate data requirements in the software development process

ü Participate in designing blueprints on how to structure, store and utilize data

ü Follow standards, processes and methodologies to develop each phase of data architecture (e.g. data manipulating processes, database technology generating processes)

ü Select criteria used to support data processing operations, data flow and the flow control system

ü Detect and summarize patterns in data and findings by producing simple reports

ü Assess common problems and obstacles surrounding data- gathering

ü Customize data fields to meet clients' needs

ü Interpret and explain results of a data-gathering initiative

ü Participate in projects to gather data for needs analysis
