Position Summary

As an integral part of our Digital Insights Team , the Data Analyst 3 is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of a suite of reporting and dashboard solutions designed to support tactical and strategic decision making across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate can think strategically about the needs of the business, maintain productive relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders, and bring experienced focus to the areas of automation, scalability, and actionable intelligence. A day in the life…

• Design, develop, and maintain a suite of Tableau dashboards and other self-service tools for our key stakeholders.
• Partner with business teams to understand their analytics needs and look for opportunities to enhance our product offering.
• Develop production data/table structures, optimizing for Tableau dashboards and other self-service resources.
• Maintain QA processes to ensure the accuracy, quality, and performance of production ETL solutions.
• Create supporting documentation and provide tactical guidance to users on how to best leverage our solutions.

You own this if you have…

• 3-5 years of experience building and maintaining advanced Tableau Dashboards
• 2+ years of SQL experience required (Teradata/Redshift preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of data visualization best practices.
• Data manipulation and automation experience preferred (Python preferred).
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience.
