Key Responsibilities
- Collecting and organizing HR data from various sources such as payroll, employee records, and surveys.
- Assisting in the analysis and interpretation of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement within the organization.
- Supporting the HR team in the development and maintenance of HR metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Collaborating with HR Business Partners, country hr leaders and other stakeholders to gather requirements for data analysis projects and reports.
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data by performing regular data audits and cleaning activities.
- Assisting in the creation and presentation of data-driven reports and recommendations to inform HR strategy and decision-making.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics to drive continuous improvement within the HR function.
- Adhering to data privacy regulations and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Participating in various HR projects as needed, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compensation analysis.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Min 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, HR analytics, or a related role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with HRIS systems (Successfactors), Powerbi tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from complex data sets.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

- Dashboard HR KPI
- Assist the Head of Reward in analyzing data for external and internal benchmarks and for the remuneration review process.
- Aid the performance management process through the creation of completion reports during campaigns and subsequent data analysis.
- Facilitate the development interview process by generating completion reports during campaigns and analyzing the collected data.
- Develop attrition analysis reports.
- Produce comprehensive reports on salary changes and total cost to company (Hay Grade, Family, Countries, Business,)
- Generate absenteeism analysis reports.
- Collaborate with the Learning department to create monthly updates on learning activity progress.
- Design dashboards for local managers to effectively utilize HR data.
- Analyze the data of the talent review and succession planning.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with data related to hiring and onboarding timelines.
- Contribute to strategic workforce planning initiatives.
