Design, develop, test, implement and maintain reports and dashboards using CRM Analytics, Salesforce Reports, SQL, and other Business Intelligence tools.
Collaborate with technical staff, end users, and vendors to identify and specify requirements for technical solutions.
Set objectives and work independently on small to moderate sized projects or assignments.
Provide training and ongoing support, including monitoring, troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
Responsible for improvements of processes, systems, or products to enhance performance of area.
Additional Responsibilities
Provide training to staff on the use of reporting and reporting tools.
Create and maintain documentation for data, reporting solutions, and tools.
Assist in and review the work of peers as needed.

Proficiency in advancement user requirements and solutions.
Knowledge and understanding of relational databases and related knowledge management techniques, including data mining and management report generation.
Analytical skills to design queries/programs and analyze data to present accurate and useful reports.

Capacity to quickly learn new analytical Business Intelligence Tools.
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree required.
Computer Science, Computer Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
Experience working with large relational databases (preference Oracle).
Experience with Salesforce CRM Preferred.
Development operations experience in an academic environment and experience with data visualization tools is preferred.
