Provides ongoing analysis of player database and marketing campaigns including acquisition, retention and reactivation efforts with a focus on direct mail segments and offer performance.
Conducts market research to determine brand perceptions; understand customer needs; identify new market opportunities; and evaluate the market penetration.
Manage market segmentation, targeting, and positioning exercises as needed.
Analyze marketing metrics to identify cause-effect relationships between marketing actions and financial outcomes to increase profitability.
Works with Marketing team members to plan promotional programs and assists with the promotional setup in the player tracking system.
Provides post analysis and monthly reports of promotions, groups, player development, events and shows to determine effectiveness.
Provides slot analysis of areas including market trends, hold and volume.
Maintains the player tracking database and regularly audits for accurate records.
Collaborates with Marketing and IT departments to identify system needs.
Works closely with IT team members to identify and resolve data-related issues quickly and efficiently.
Builds marketing dashboard that visualizes key performance indicators.
Performs annual customer satisfaction survey and compile results reports.
Completes competitive analysis to maintain our competitive advantages.
Conducts industry analysis: Social, Technological, Economic, and Political.
Integrates market research data with our player tracking system to create new leads.
Monitors and track competitive advertisements, and website messaging.
Assists with email marketing campaigns.
Performs related work as requested.

The ideal candidate for this position
Bachelor' degree or college diploma in business, marketing, or related field.
Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and Patron Management
Ability to learn different programming language, scripting languages and techniques.
Ability to learn general use as well as company’s specific software applications.
Willingness to work in a team.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to Interpret and/or discuss information with others.
Ability to access knowledge bases, and forums on the Internet and interpret procedures to aid in problem resolution.
Must be able to deal with multiple problems simultaneously.
Ability to work independently
Working knowledge of the Gaming Industry and the laws and regulations governing gaming operations
